Borgartun 21

Office premises at Borgartún 21 were built for Höfðaborg ehf. and the Property Department of the Icelandic Treasury and are among the first major development projects of Eykt. The building is designed to house 6-10 companies and organisations that share a reception room and various facilities for staff, such as a cantina.

The building is approximately 8,900 m² and has a 5000 m² parking facility. The Treasury Department  has now leased the complete building. There are now nine diverse governmental organisations on the premises. Construction time was 25 months.
