Hofdatorg

Höfðatorg is by far the largest project of Eykt to date, 75,000 m² mixed construction with office buildings, hotel, movie theatre, shops and restaurants. Two buildings are completed and are hosting, amongst others, the majority of the City of Reykjavik Technical Departments, an oil company, offices of attorneys at law and the most popular restaurant in the country.

Our aim with Höfðatorg is expanding the city centre to the east and connecting the old downtown shopping district with the financial district in the area at Borgartún. The buildings and surroundings are designed to provide diverse activities with a modern and elegant setting.
