Our goal with the Ashamar project was to combine quality and a good price: Roomy and bright apartments in a quiet area within easy reach of services and schools, but also untouched nature and beautiful running, hiking and biking routes. A few units are still available.
The Swan Ecolabel ensures healthy material selection and indoor air quality in the apartments, robust moisture and mold protection, good daylight design, and operational efficiency.
The international certification body BSI (British Standards Institution) regularly audits Eykt’s management system. They visit various parts of the operation and examine how we work and comply with the quality, safety, and environmental standards we follow.
Independent auditors provide us with a clear and unbiased view of our processes and working methods, and regular audits like these are valuable opportunities to strengthen our workflows, learn from experience, and enhance professionalism in all areas.

The apartments at Áshamar 12-26 have been awarded the Swan Ecolabel, which aims to reduce the environmental impact of buildings, combat global warming, and protect the health of workers during construction as well as the well-being of those who use the building after it is taken into use. The Swan’s requirements also extend to quality management on the construction site.
This recognition marks an important milestone in Eykt’s history and confirms our guiding principles of building with quality, health, and sustainability at the forefront.
