Growing from the Center
Höfðatorg in Reykjavík is Eykt’s largest development project to date. Approx. 85.000 m² in six interconnected buildings form an elegant setting for a wide variety of services and residences in the heart of Reykjavík. Development of the Höfðatorg area has been going on since the early years of the 21st century and the first building, Borgartún 8-16, was opened in 2007.

Hringbraut Walkways
Bridges and elevated pathways connect the University of Iceland and the airport area to downtown Reykjavik, the bird sanctuary in Vatnsmyri and the Öskjuhlíð park. The longest bridge is 169 metres and the longest span is 27.5 metres with a floor thickness of just 70 cm.
Laugardalur Arena
A new sports arena and exhibition center at Laugardalur, Reykjavik. Approx. 9,800 m² with a 5,000 m² main hall for sports and events.

Arion Bank’s headquarters are a 10.000 m² office space of exceptional quality and striking design.
Kolgrafarfjordur

The Kolgrafarfjordur bridge is 230 metres long, spanning a bay with heavy tidal currents. Delivered in 2004, a year ahead of schedule. The Project was completed a full year ahead of schedule.

Office and retail space at Lynghals, Reykjavik. Originally built 2002, expanded and refurbished 2019. Originally built in 2002, expanded and refurbished for Efla Engineering in 2019.
DeCode Genetics
Specialized building for Iceland’s largest bio-engineering company and labs.
Efling Union

Hofdaborg

8.700 m² office building at Borgartún 21, housing various government offices, including the national Registry.
Grafarvogur Church
The marble-clad church of Iceland’s most populous parish. The Church has a marble exterior as well as a marble floor and interior walls.
