Eco Certificates according to the ISO 14001 standard means that all main aspects of the company’s work processes have been analyzed with regard to environmental impact, and the company is equipped to monitor its own environmental impact and make continuous improvements in that area. Each year, our environmental system is audited and is therefore in constant development.
Eykt also holds an Equal Pay Certification according to ÍST 85:2012, as part of the company’s Equality Action Plan, which states that “employees enjoy equal pay and terms for comparable and equally valuable work, regardless of gender.”
