Concrete work is already underway on a 9-story office, retail, and service building at Katrínartún 6, as well as a parking garage. Eykt’s agreement with Höfðatorg ehf. includes groundwork, concrete shell, and finishing both inside and out.
The project is scheduled for completion in the 2nd quarter of 2023.
